    I think it’s important that my company actively works to be inclusive to people from any background…

    … and I think our DEI department is absolutely awful at doing so and probably just generates resentment to the idea of an inclusive workplace by relying entirely on prerecorded videos and quizzes.

    My company is excellent at being inclusive because we have a strong culture of inclusivity and everyone in a senior or management position values diversity.

    I’m not educated enough on the subject to have a strong opinion myself, but none of the professional opinion-havers whose judgment I trust seem to think DEI programs are a good thing so, I tend to believe there’s probably a reason so many are against them, and it’s likely more nuanced than the knee-jerk reaction of labeling dissenters as bigots.
