I think “Humiliated” makes for a very apt honorific in the case of the fascist authoritarian.
Humiliated Putin is who he is indeed.
Now this is a headline whose grammar I take issue with
Reads like “the truth (which humiliated Putin) wants to hide”
It should be
The Uncensored Truth That Putin, Humiliated, Wants to Hide
The other comment explains it perfectly. It wasn’t super difficult to decipher, but it is a bit confusing

OR maybe: the uncensored truth a humiliated Putin wants to hide.
I read it as ‘humiliated, Putin’ like it’s his title.
