I recommend it, this would be a great opportunity to learn. It shouldn’t be too bad, you have a pretty basic document so you won’t need to use any complicated features. I would use it just to line things up so you can scan your list easier.

I’m 45 y/o with a job, a house and two teenager kids. I can probably count the games I finished on one hand.

You’re properly insane. I keep this list by memory and those I forget, I get to play again. Much more fun. Embrace the chaos!

I have an Obsidian Kanban Board with the games that I’m currently playing, games that I dropped, games that I’ve to play, that I completed and games that I’m not planning to stop soon

I have various lists here and there, like one for everything I have on Steam, one for Epic, one for GOG, another for games I’m playing through GamePass.
Don’t even get me started with the physical binders I have dedicated to achievement hunting, maps, and notes. So, I get it.

Nice. What are you using? And how far back did you go in games beaten?

I’ve thought about having an Excel sheet for it. I’m currently just categorizing my steam library to Complete, Pending, unplayed.

I’m using LibreOffice but word would work just as well. I thought about Excel/the LibreOffice equivalent but I’m just not familiar with it enough to be useful with it.

And this is generally every game/franchise I own/want to own so it goes as far back as I can make it go back. I also plan to add a LOT of games via emulation that I used to play when I was younger.

I keep a collection on Steam of the games I’ve beat and just add them into the collection as I go. Going back through prev pre-Steam pc/console games I’ve beat probably wouldn’t take that long to remember I guess, but I don’t know where I’d store it or who else would care in my life.

        You’re welcome!

There is a sequel to the original called Deus Ex: Invisible War, but it is generally not spoken of.

I appreciate that, I enjoy playing through an entire franchise or at least giving each game a chance even if they’re forgotten/subpar
