Signal as it’s easy to convince others to use it, with a slick onboarding and WhatsApp feel. Matrix is the true future for messaging ofc, but it’s new user experience isn’t friendly enough for mass adoption yet

link fedilink 2 years ago2·arrow-up I believe federation is on my default. It only requires a user from either instance to interact with the other first.
