What do you mean by pulling in the album art? Like the app finds missing album art on its own?
I personally do all the tagging on my PC and bed the album art in the files themselves
I have not been quite satisfied with any of the self hosted streaming solutions or apps. There’s always an annoyance I have with all of them.
Just using MusicBee and syncing a subset of my library to my phone has worked the best. Syncing it using SyncThing.

This is what I do. I manage my music with MusicBee and sync a subset of the library to a folsee which is then synced with my phone.

Haven’t found a nice self hosted music streaming setup that I’m happy with (unsatisfied with the apps and features). I want a nice looking app (super subject of course) that supports offline play and ReplayGain. I’m super happy with Navidrome but not with the Windows/Android apps

Depends what’s going on. Its very different if I’m in the design phase of a project or assembly and testing.
I really enjoy CADing and designing in general. And I’m fine writing documentation, procedures, assembly instructions. Pretty smooth for me.
Once production starts and things go wrong, we need to investigate, fix the issues, and sometimes we’re chasings ghotsts. This is the stressful part. I’m currently in it, and I’m pretty stressed these days.
