Maybe they put the whole truck in an airtight container?
We have clean water in Austria, directly from the mountains without adding anything (just cleaning it with UV light to kill potential bacteria in most regions, nothing else. Not even that in some regions).
Some of the best and cleanest water worldwide, so whenever I go to another country I’m disappointed by their water quality.
I’m not fully familiar with the AfD but if they were Nazis they’d already be illegal (being a Nazi is illegal in Germany and a few other countries). From what I know they’re just your usual far-right populist pro-russian anti-eu party, which sadly isn’t enough to stop them legally.
I doubt it’s election interference when he simply posts his opinion online, if that were to get censored, as much as I’d like to censor Musk, I’d be deeply worried about what else could be censored (especially when the AfD is in power)
Clean and well-tasting tap water. It sucks when I’m going to another country and they have chlorinated tap water
As much as I’d love to see this happen: For which legal reason?
In Europe it works well. Sometimes I don’t get any tips and it’s absolutely fine, some other times I get invited for a drink or even food, some other times I just get some money (tips are called “Trinkgeld” in German, “drinking money”, which accurately reflects their purpose). It’s not part of my wage, I’m getting paid properly, it’s just something on top of it (and when I get tips, I get to keep 100% - it’s money specifically for my enjoyment as a way of thanking me for bringing others enjoyment).
The tipping culture you have in the USA can’t really be considered a tipping culture, it’s just that customers are paying the workers’ wages. And you even force people to tip instead of reserving it for good service. I absolutely don’t support this way of tipping.
Tipping is a good thing. It’s a way to reward good work.
But they only work if they’re not mandatory and we can keep 100% of it
I’ve recently switched from Debian to openSUSE Tumbleweed (edit: with KDE) and am extremely impressed, it’s just so polished. German engineering at its finest.
I can get a large three topping pizza for $8 USD compared to $10 at Pizza Hut or $11 at Papa John’s.
Do you only have chains? No normal pizzeria?

Anyone who gets surprised when they find out someone has never been skiing.
That depends on culture a lot. In Austria it’s actually rare to find someone who has never been skiing (25% of the population go skiing regularly, and that has already been at around 50% not many years ago). Even when not doing it with your family while growing up everyone learns it at school.
I’m not rich at all but I do get surprised when someone who isn’t obviously from another country has never been skiing (typically it means that they grew up somewhere else but you just don’t notice anymore).
Well it’s literally terrorism that is being censored. I’m not defending what the IDF is doing, but the Hamas is nontheless a terrorist organisation.
