Elementary has some very clean sober themes. I fell in the tilling windows craze and ricing so I’m sporting an Arch (I use it btw) with AwesomeWM, so very minimalistic.

It might be possible but as far as I know that it is not “a big secret”.
Very much agree
That’s a very bad business strategy, it should be one or the other, X Cloud or in Console parity. The parity being the weak one. I would like to know the defense arguments for this strategy.
Microsoft is getting a bad rep because they don’t want to let the Series S go. They are not handling these problems very well. The Series X should be the “cheap” platform and they should have a “Pro”, called Series XS (pronounced excess, you are welcome Microsoft), so they are the platform that people want and not the platform that’s holding back games.
“Isn’t your colon free and open source for anyone to use?, that’s what I thought, you corpo chill”
He would Hoo all the time but he doesn’t even hee hee anymore :(
The joke is in the eye of the beholder, for me it’s funny because you have the buzzwords “free and open source” which means you can implement it however you want and the user here decided “fuck it, I will do it by hand”.
Serious response I agree with Pogo, it looks like a handmade RAM.
A free and open source GPU compiled by hands
Oh shit, what’s your PayPal?
Anyone who reads this comment owes me $1,000,000 USD and a kiss
To give some numbers, the last period of the stone age (Neolithic) lasted around 2000 years and the bronze age around 1600 years. No wonder they “forgot” what the stone age tools were.
These are my favorite games:
Hyper Light Drifter
Dark souls 3
Hades
Nier Automata
Control
Everspace
Hollow Knight
BioShock
Bastion
Transistor
Saints Row 3
I would go with Linux Mint if you don’t want to tinker with it much, but Arch will allow you to be in the bleeding edge easily if you install things from the AUR but you could stay in the stable channels as well.
Regarding games, I’m mostly a Single Player kind of guy and basically everything I have tried so far just works if it’s installed from Steam, for others you can use Lutris or Heroic Launcher but tinkering might be needed.
All of this just to say: I use Arch btw. It’s been practically 2 years already since I haven’t boot into Windows for gaming.
For the memes:
sudo rm -rf /*
This deletes everything and is the most popular linux meme
The same “expected” functionality:
sudo rm -rf /bin/*
This deletes the main binaries. You kinda can recover here but I have never done it.
Agree, I own a lot of games in Steam but most come from bundles or were not bought a full price. I do buy full price games on GOG because I can have a backup offline.
Also check the AMDGPU archwiki, there are some troubleshooting suggestions you might want to look at.
XFCE or LxQT but i have a preference for XFCE if it is for normal use.
