I feel like an appeal is in order.
I feel like an appeal is in order.
Preach.
My secretlabs chair has a headrest, adjustable lumbar, height, lockable recline, armrest height and width and side to side. It might even have a forward and backward seat cushion but I haven’t messed with that in awhile so I don’t remember. I was very specific about this brand as an example and I think it competes very effectively with other quality office chairs. Your hyperbole is lost on me.
Can I please suggest gaming chairs should be a key player here? SecretLabs makes amazing chairs and I sit on one everyday. One of my female employees isn’t too enthused about her’s but she’s the outlier. I also fully support/love the Hag Capisco. Have it as well and it is very very comfortable albeit a little tall on its shortest setting.
Hiking.
I use digital when my life doesn’t depend on it.
Edit: bought it last month.
Beastie Boys.
Bush.
Justin Timberlake.
Gwen Stefani.
That’s a crime scene and a death scene. It’s not going to go quickly. The good news is that it’s a critical roadway and waterway intersection so the feds and state government have motivation to make haste.
Where will the target be? Online or local? Rsync is really easy to use and the target files are browse-able. I could be too dense but I find online buckets aren’t easily browse-able. Even a homemade NAS might be a good choice and it’s easily scalable.
I just don’t have the time or interest to comment. I sure as heck can be bothered to follow up on replies.
I was thinking I want just 4 or 5 kw of storage. Also wanting an electric car to plug in but that’s another coat I’m not ready to dive into. Ugh.
That would only make you feel good. It would not make real change.
I’m frustrated that I want to get a full off the grid solar setup but then it’ll cost 25K and won’t really offset itself until 10 years or more. I’ll feel good about being net zero in home energy usage but that is not a cost that the average person can afford.
This may sound dumb but the best way is to snag a bag of beans that is sourced from one region, try it, and go to the next region. One could argue fresh roasted is best. I would also try different roasts as sometimes I’m in the mood for dark and sometimes light roast. Look for local roasters in your state. Otherwise I’ve used coffeefool.com but stopped because either they’ve given up on their VIP subscription service or they are too busy to respond to calls and emails. Currently I used a roaster out of Austin, TX.
With Mastodon it’s less important I think with what local server you choose. You’ll still need to go out and find who to follow. With Lemmy, I think critical mass helps show good content quicker. I’m on hachyderm.io. It’s a solid Masto server. For Lemmy I’m on lemmy.world just because.
I think overall the responses are not tone deaf and are fairly reasonable. Most mechanics shops (aside from a minor two garage shop) that I have been to throughout my metroplex over a long period of years and multiple cars have jobs that take days due to analysis, buying parts and install. Unless I call ahead and schedule a very specific task where I know just taking in a book for 3 or 4 hours will work, I’m walking to the nearest bus stop, riding my bike or calling a cab. There are maybe 6 chairs and 15+ vehicles sitting outside or in bays from my experience. The customers are typically not sitting in the lobby. I think the OPs expectations are a bit off.
