Nice! I couldn’t really get the docker setup going and am pretty busy with other things so just went with the ansible option. But when I have time I’ll give this another try so I can host more services on the server since I’m familiar doing that on docker but had never used (or heard about!) ansible before :)

Some of our favorites are Catan, power grid, ticket to ride, azul, and bananagrams.

Thank you so, so much for all the support over the years. ❤️English6·2 years agoThat’s a good point! I think we usually hear about millions of users and don’t realize the scale you need to serve the thousands that’d be in each instance…

caio@lemmy.fdvrs.xyzto Gaming@beehaw.org•Any solid Indie game suggestions available on PS Store or Switch?2·2 years agoI usually play multiplayer games more, unspottable, wilmot’s warehouse, and moving out are pretty fun!
Single player, the last one I played was my friend Pedro which was also pretty good!

caio@lemmy.fdvrs.xyzto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•How has ur lemmy experience been so far?English6·2 years agoI’m trying to be more active on lemmy than on reddit where I just lurked like you, so that’s been a change. But I’m having a great time! Also, spinning up an instance took some trial and error but it was a lot of fun :)

caio@lemmy.fdvrs.xyzto Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What niche reddit community do you want to see find a place on the fediverse?2·2 years agoFrom a quick scroll through my subscriptions I think these are the ones I’m most looking forward to: r/dynastyff, r/futebol, all the cat related ones, r/diwhy, r/atbge, r/gtbae, r/outoftheloop, r/unraid, r/writingprompts, r/youdontsurf.
To add another example here, I saw the same behavior on this post: https://lemmy.ml/post/1136642. Right now it has 43 comments on lemmy.ml but over on my instance (link) there’s only 18.
It’s also unclear to me why some posts are not showing up, since the new ones (4h ago) appear, some old ones (7d ago) too, but some in the middle (6d, 5d ago) do not, which doesn’t really make sense…
