1. proxmox is a hypervisor, basically an operating system that allows you to spin up other operating systems (containers or VMS) under it.
2. why do you want these specific OS’s?
3. Do you want windows to be used as a primary OS or is it fine in a VM.
4. I wouldnt bother with casa OS if youre already installing proxmox
