It did mention that several times the town did form posses to go and cull the bears, but didn’t do enough because you also had people just feeding the shit out of them.

Correct, it was an F-35B flown by a USMC pilot out of MCAS beaufort.
Many people in the US are paid every two weeks, which means some months you’re paid more than others.
Yearly has become standard as is hourly rate, because one is useful for taxes and the other is often directly negotiated.
Yes, they would reduce the overpressure. By how much I’m not sure, but that’s part of the research.
They’re promising a perceived 75 dB level, equivalent to the volume of a dishwasher. Sonic booms are normally about 110 dB or about a jackhammer or a rock concert
And it’s not like you’d hear it all the time, just once in a while and only if you’re in the flight path.
FYI, emotional support animals aren’t protected on flights any more than other animals on flights, meaning they have to stay in a crate/kennel.
Only service animals can be outside of the carrier and there’s extra paperwork associated with that.
Exactly! It’s a giant lie I tell you.
It’s the same as when people in the states say “Wyoming (or sometimes North dakota) doesn’t exist”
I mean, have YOU ever actually met someone from Wyoming?
Ironically, lemmy.world isn’t old at all, it’s just big.
It was created at the beginning of June.
I mean the creator of the movement back on reddit was literally anti-work. They went on to get interviewed on the news and made a complete fool of themselves and the people who had a much more well reasoned approach, causing a split into “work reform”/worker empowerment communities, which this one is more along the lines of.
They explicitly state these are not classified communications.
These are sensitive unclassified. Things like PII/P&P, CUI, are able to be sent via unclassified channels.
Not sure about DoD specifically right now, but I also know that DoE and DoD contractors do encrypt their emails and have checks in place whenever something gets sent to an outside org. Not sure why that’s not the case with these emails.
You know what also wasn’t a word?
Literally every word that is now a word.
