Its pretty unusual to have lube techs doing any diagnosis, but did she ask him if he likes chocolate milkshakes? Because That’s exactly what you create when you mix water in engine oil. Just don’t drink it.

If you find yourself overfilling often, or if you are in the business and do heavy line work like I did (engine/transmission replacements and overhauls), just save yourself the time and get a fluid evacuator. If you overfill something you can pump a bit back out, they make them with pneumatic attachments or with a handpump that looks a bit like a bicycle tire air pump. Shove the little feed tube down the dipstick and pump whatever you need to back out.
EDIT: Fluid Evacuator
I mean, you don’t HAVE to. But you can pour some oil into the filter to pre-fill it so the oil doesn’t have to pump so long for the air you cycle out of the system, but the amount of time that happens for is so small it basically doesn’t matter. If the oil filter is easy to access and faces upward (the solid part faces the floor and open part faces up) then I would do it, but I wouldn’t do it in any other circumstance just to not have oil spilling and making a mess everywhere.
Youre not going to blow up the engine if you don’t. But it gives some people better peace of mind.
Automechanic for 10 years here.
No. A little over the max fill line on the dipstick isnt going to hurt it. 1/8 of an inch overfilled or less is okay.
Usually if you don’t prefill the oil filter and only add what they say then sometimes it can be a little under. Its not a big deal.
Way too much and you risk damaging piston rings or flooding, but you really have to fill it to the point its spilling from the dipstick tube.
To be fair, Resident Evil has been action oriented since the original Resident Evil 2. The developers themselves literally said they wanted the series to be more similar to Hollywood action movies.
This is not a good sign.
If I was actually kidnapped, would you kill the guy for me?
This is a pretty massive red flag right here, IMO. I wouldn’t stick around any person that asks this question. If a person is kidnapped there are like a million other steps you can take that lead to the kidnapper rotting in jail and the victim’s SO not being put in jail for murder.
Aaaannnnddd its dead. Zero interest. Congratulations SEGA. I was a little bit exctied, and now I am not.
Not European, but I think they might not use PSI since that’s Pounds per Square Inch. I believe they use Pascals/ Bar.
I didn’t say anything about how it started, I said what it means as it pertains to aesthetics, which was what I felt was the primary root of the question.
Never
Typically speaking in the aesthetic sense, _punk means taking a certain look to its extreme. Cyberpunk of course infusing everything with computer technology, steampunk infusing everything with the looks of a steam powered machine, etc.
Starfield was described once as having its aesthetic “NASApunk,” which sounded really cool to me when I heard it. I expected white and black, gold foil, etc. Which isn’t really how the end product ended which was a bit disappointing, but the point remained that calling it “NASApunk” had me immediately expecting a certain aesthetic.
In the case of Frostpunk, I am not sure. It takes place in a frozen world, but it doesn’t have an aesthetic to fit that name so it may just be a title.
Better headline:
“Florida Man has an Online Argument, Lives.”
Publishers when a game specifically designed for consoles does not sell like Candy Crush on mobile: :shocked_pikachu_face:
Im pretty sure none of Jupiters moons would survive. But I suppose if they did perhaps they would change classification from moon to planet, but I think planet classification now also depends on size, so depending on size they still may not qualify. I don’t know if any of Jupiter’s moons are larger thaan Pluto, Ceres, etc.
Yeah, defend the mega corporation more. Good job lickin’ them boots.
The problem is if Sony has a monopoly on the premium console market, they can charge any number they want and consumers have no other option. Less competition always means prices go up.
Sony’s practice of paying money not for exclusivity for their platform, just to stop developers from developing for Xbox for a period of time, is anti-consumer and needs to stop.
That may be true. I don’t play many games from China, not because of any reason its just the games that come from China usually don’t appeal to me. I mean sure, I am concerned about Chinese government spyware, but also I am not anyone that is important so them having my data is completely valueless. I have a lot of fun with Super Mecha Champions, but when I tried out Genshin I just stopped playing after the big controversy of Rosarias bust size getting nerfed and the ice area was added to the game. I just didn’t find the game much fun anymore, but it has made a massive amount of money.
Wukong looks like a fun game though, I look forward to its release.
Always start with the simple stuff first. Even if you think you just checked it, it doesn’t hurt to check something that takes less than 10 seconds to check again. And that check could save you from wasting 3 hours.
Its a guarantee.
