people who skipped college may not have a good grasp
Yes, but that’s not typical for a high school dropout; he’s exceptional. Highschool dropouts are not super well read, as a demographic, either. I’m was not being hostile towards people who didn’t go to college.
critical thinking
Still waiting to hear what southern CA republicans have done for the housing crisis. Rather than answer my principal question, you asked another question. Unacceptable.
Considering that critical thinking has to be thought to you, I think most people who skipped college may not have a good grasp on it.
Allowed =/= capability
What has any Southern California Republican done or proposed to lower the cost of living? Southern California has the best and most desirable climate in the entire world. The cost of living there reflects that. The only other places with a similar climate are hard core Muslim theocracies (see Casablanca).
When you’re rich you can buy property anywhere in the US. You just can’t run/vote in more than one jurisdiction.
Fun fact: Democrats and GOP swapped colors in the 2000 election.
I personally know people that think sbarro (and Olive Garden as a proxy) is on par with “other pizza” as its own thing. Those people recognize it’s not “real pizza”; they just like it for what it is.
For the same reason there’s a TGI Friday in time square. McDonald’s. Olive Garden. It’s there for the tourists that rather have their slop.
Unimpressive men who have exhausted all other ways to gain social status except by force, resort to forcibly gaining status.
on Notion: aren’t the desktop clients just electron apps anyway? The website is really solid from my useage.
KDE Connect was rock solid when I was testing it out with an S24u. The only real issue I had with it was that it was missing RCS (RCS is locked down to only proprietary google messages/iMessage systems) and a seamless way to go from desktop notification to SCRCPY/screen mirroring.
No bullshit, sexual function is an incredibly accurate indicator of cardiovascular health, and good mental health. Get checked, change your diet, take walks while you consume media on your phone, work up to a regular gym routine. Yes you can do it at any age. No it does not work overnight. Yes it’s a pain in the ass. It works though 🙂
I applied, wasn’t accepted ☹️ they’re looking for PhD level, not BS/MS
I think the biggest draw to Synology now is the ultra low power consumption. Yeah, you could totally repurpose an old PC, but it’s crazy to run 500W perpetually. The reason they use old Celeron processors is the low power draw. In time, hopefully, RISC V can produce some low cost systems that would slot in well for this use case.
By the time I was in school the Bohr model was already proven inaccurate, but was taught anyway because the orbital model is too esoteric for teenagers 🙄.
Where are they mandated?
Been doing this for 2 years now with a device. Took me a decade to get enough to wear it, but it’s a great process and it’s real:
Obviously NSFW:
Tucson here: armed and unarmed guards are really common at low-class-linked businesses like thrift stores, Fry’s supermarkets, Walmart, Dollar stores, Walgreens/CVS. God forbid someone steal food or pharmacy items like shavers (shaver cartridges here are crazy expensive if you get name brand). Walgreens/CVS also has a tendency to lock the shelves behind plexiglass so you have to ask for help to buy more expensive items.
In some cases, these kind of stores are targeted specifically. There are shopping centers with higher end restaurants that coexist with super high theft locations literally within walking distance.
TLDR: it’s mostly to abate crimes of poverty
