Its been brought to my attention on a previous thread that if you’re attaching images to comments on Kbin, Lemmy users cannot see them.
I still very much dislike imgur though, so I wouldn’t suggest that as a solution. But embedding images into hyperlinks seems to be the best way to ensure your comment containing an image is viewed correctly by the wider fediverse.
Always appreciate your transparency, and I’m so happy to see Kbin really starting to grow. Excited to see what the future holds.

Not safe for work… is it an antiwork instnace?
Haha, just being facetious. This is a great guide. Thanks for putting this together.
I’ve been playing Risk of Rain 2 with my friends which has been a blast. Mostly been playing as Captin, the orbital strikes are just really satisfying.
Otherwise, I’ve been getting back into my Old School Runescape Ironman account. Mostly checking in to keep my passive farming/herblore grind going, but I’m also doing loads of medium clues. One of my nostalgic goals from childhood was to complete my first ever prayer book, and I’m a single page away with either the Bandos or Zammy books.
Mannnn… I really want to enjoy battlebits. Looks like it captures the old battlefield ‘feel’ really well. It’s just super unfortunate that they are switching to an anti-cheat service that requires kernel access. Even if it didn’t break compatibility with my system, which it will, on principle that’s just too much trust given regarding my computer imho.
Hahaha. Or maybe “Operation PMC contract negotiation”.
