This is a really really old shitpost
It’s founder circle is fully made by Web3 Crypto Scam people.
Literally this, or the Web3 BS Bluesky.
A community and its direction is though largely depending on the Admins.
Just recently some tankie posted a “meme” on “meme” that just casually tried to claim the Rothschild Family was intertwined with western media and because of that western media bad, just the casual antisemitism. And the Admins did not care.
Those are the same people.
Basically as a large thumbnail. Smaller then the “auto media preview” and inside the post element.
Crop, but if the thumbnail is for a picture attached to a post, then it should be displayed like on modern Reddit.
It may be effected by a bug on lemmys nginx config, it makes sense to ask the admins to manually check if their config has the fix https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-ansible/issues/106
why would a Nazi want their ideology to reach as wide of an audience as possible?
Thats what Nazis usually do. There is a reason they have parades and own news papers and put stickers everywhere. But Tankies are not Nazis, they are their own breed. The same coin, but the other side.
I can see no good reason why not working with Kbin would be a good thing for them.
People like Nazis and Tankies like Power, thats why they like people as Hitler or Stalin, or Mao, or Xi. They like the concept of authority and absolute power.
For that you need to use the F12 menu. On Kbin I can simply see them listed.
They are public on Lemmy too
Just replace tankie in your head with Nazi and read your sentence again. Would they ever play nice? And before you ask, tankies are pretty much exactly that, Nazis with different colour of clothing.
Yes seems so, looks like they stopped their BS
Do you have a example of that? Important would be the used lemmy version as there is a recent version that broke federation with kbin.
Actually there is now a fix, https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-ansible/pull/114
But it seems that instances that update to the latest RC do not just automatically get that fix into their nginx config. I have worked with a instance owner and he had to, despite updating, manually update the config. After that federation worked again.
They did not answer to that question. But, lemmy.ml is run by the same tankies that develop Lemmy and also run lemmygrad so probably some tankie logic.
Lemmy.ml blocks any kbin instance on purpose by blocking the kbinBot User-Agent
Is the instance on Lemmy 0.18 or newer? Then it is affected by a bug on lemmys side causing federation to break with any non lemmy instance.
That neither works for me. I have /sub/newest bookmarked.
You may want to explain why those people had to leave this land, tankie.
