    Oh for fuck’s sake…

While their authorization was set to expire in the spring, the incoming Trump admin will now find it difficult to remove the over 800,000 people covered by the program.

They. Do not care. About the law.

It will still require some legal effort to get overturned. Trump cannot just override anything he wants overnight.

Folks, please don’t obey in advance like everything is lost forever and there’s nothing to do. Push back, help your neighbor, don’t give up. Somebody fought so we could have the things we have now, we can too.

You do not seem to understand this “they do not care about the law” concept, so, again, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAW.

Dictators can override whatever the fuck they want.

You can push back and still accept the reality that America is going to become a fascist dictatorship in a week. There are resistances in dictatorships.

Oh but I’m sure forcing these 800,000 people to list their names, identifying information, and residential locations with federal immigration agencies to qualify for this program in the first place won’t have any negative consequences /s

In fact, they’ve just had their permission to break the law confirmed.
