Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, on a visit to Taiwan Saturday said an isolationist policy isn’t “healthy” and called on the Republican Party to stand with her country’s allies, while still putting in good words for the party’s nominee, Donald Trump.

Haley, who ran against Trump for the Republican presidential nomination, told reporters in the capital, Taipei, that supporting U.S. allies, including Ukraine and Israel, is vital, and she underscored the importance of Taiwan — which Beijing claims as its territory, to be brought under control by force if necessary.

“I don’t think the isolationist approach is healthy. I think America can never sit in a bubble and think that we won’t be affected,” she said.

    Really?

It was a dig at the same people calling for “Christian law” that would vehemently decry “Islamic law”

? Because it reads to me more like it’s YOU directly decrying Sharia Law and trying to associate them with it.

Project 2025 puppetmasters will take that up by an order of magnitude as they create a new Sharia law environment and distance the rest of the world even further.

You literally state that they want to create a “new Sharia Law environment” as a negative with no qualifications or explanation.

They aren’t trying to create Sharia Law, they are Americans trying to create American authoritarian nationalism.

You don’t get to use islamophobia to “dig at” people who are islamophobic as well. You’re just spreading and circle jerking islamophobia as a “gotcha” which only hurts innocent Muslims who have to face the repercussions.

Edit: But of course, downvote and insult for opposing random islamophbia. You’re totally not in the same boat as Republicans who act like being called racist/sexist is a bigger problem than racism/sexism itself and lash out.

I’m just really not looking forward to when the pogroms pop up here like in Britain recently thanks to the constant pushing of this sentiment.

I’m sure you’re totally right and I meant that as islamophobia and not a shot at Christians.

After all, you’re always right about what you think other people think, right?

Piss off. I despise the misogyny and human rights abuses of both religions equally.

I’m sure you’re totally right and I meant that as islamophobia and not a shot at Christians.

And I’m saying, what is the shot at Christians, if not “you’re being like Muslims”?

After all, you’re always right about what you think other people think, right?

And here’s the right wing crying about “thought crimes!” aspect. Your secret personal intentions dont matter, you said what you said. Just like when a racist Republican tries to excuse saying the N word because they “had no ill intentions”.

I despise the misogyny of both religions equally.

So is this an admission that you were using Sharia Law as a negative to compare project 2025 to and that you view Sharia Law as inherently misogynistic? If not then what’s the point of bringing this up?

Don’t worry, the little tyke will tire himself out soon.

You keep going, Chief. We’ll just be over here when you’re done and we’ll find you a nice corner to sleep in until we’re ready to leave the party.
