Interesting to see a company such a doordash doesn’t share data the same way ubereatss does.
Would be interesting to see stats for the local delivery apps (such as 2dineIn) but I’m sure the research isn’t nearly as easy

Quite interesing, but would like to see updated list.
Surprised that Wechat isn’t there but TikTok is. Does this mean that Wechat is actually privacy respecting?
Since it isn’t mentioned at all, maybe it just wasn’t considered in the report.

Most of the Apps that appear in the “safe” category aren’t the ones that first come to mind when thinking about privacy respecting services^^ I mean MS, Google, Netflix, Discord…
Yeah, take that with a grain of salt, definitely, but I’m just relaying what the article says.
I think another factor needs to be counted here, ecosystem they are attached to. That would rule out GAFTMAN immediately, leaving stuff like Discord or Shein.
This site says Netflix tracks 0% of your data. If that were true they’d have no clue who watches what. Something is fishy.
It says that Netflix doesn’t share data with third parties, it could be they just use the data they collect internally to recommend more content
