Thus, when saying that it’s the same house they are saying that the same person owns those apartments. You might not agree with that definition of house, but that clearly what the OP is using.

It’s not what I mean, it’s what the OP meant, and yeah, they meant household when saying house but that was pretty apparent by the context.
