Your best bet is probably to contact the developer, but they’re probably busy with a ton of things at the moment.
Perhaps you can make a post over at the website repository and submit a bug so this hopefully doesn’t happen again.

Completely agree with this feature.
I can subscribe to a “Magazine”, but that doesn’t show all the other content from other providers in the Fediverse.
Tag-based following willl allow cross-instance content consumption as long as other instance also remember to use tags on their posts.

In the end what intance the content is hosted shouldn’t matter – as long as I can get in a single overview.

Same. I’ve tried many options, but Kbin has the most appealing UI.
Perhaps because it’s visually similar to old reddit, but I just can’t get used to the other ones.
My only pet peeve is that media thumbnails show some kind of random “middle-of-the-image” cut.
